FC Dallas Skills Development Program

The FC Dallas Skills Development Program is led by Neil “Nipper” Thornber, whose official bio cites more than 20 years in the English academy system, including Blackpool, Liverpool, and ten years at Manchester United’s academy. The page describes individually based skill and technique training, 1.5 to 4 hours a day, two to four days a week in addition to team practice, from August 26, 2026 through May 27, 2027. Options named are a full-time program, a four-day after-school program, and a two-day after-school program.
